The U-17 World Championship in Peru

The world's eyes will be on Peru from 16 September to 2 October when the battle to take home the FIFA U-17 World Championship unfolds. Important Peruvian sports stars like Sofía Mulanovich, Teófilo Cubillas, Christian Ramos Garagay and Ramón Ferreyros, were involved in the draw of this tournament. Now the groups are ready to kick the first ball. One of the new features of this World Cup is that FIFA will use artificial grass for the first time in an official competition. Many soccer superstar like Ronaldinho, Del Piero and Maradona played a youth world competition like this and proved to be the future kings of the Soccer world. So we just have to sit and enjoy Peru 2005, and we will know who is going to be the next Pelé.
